Musician and educator, facilitator and instructional designer — Gary Muszynski is true hybrid-thinker, and a recognized leader in applying music and the performing arts to leadership, collaboration, change, and workplace innovation. Gary is much sought-after as a keynote speaker, consultant, executive coach, and instructional designer. In addition to serving many top Fortune 500 companies — including Genentech, Wells Fargo, Pixar, Cisco, Starbucks and Disney, Gary has designed and delivered programs for the Center for Creative Leadership, the Institute for the Future, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he has served as a guest lecturer. As Chief Engagement Officer for One World Music, a global training and development firm, he is committed to helping leaders and their teams leverage the power of collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking. Over the past 25 years, One World Music’s curricula and programs have impacted more than 100,000 leaders and managers worldwide. Group sizes for immersive workshops, interactive keynotes, and leadership development programs span from ten to several thousand people. As an expert in the space of creativity and innovation, Gary has helped Xerox PARC to design and launch an innovation training that looks at technology hardware and software best practices through a human-centered design perspective. As a percussionist, Gary composes and performs on a wide variety of percussion instruments from Europe, Brazil, Africa, Cuba, Indonesia, and India, places he’s traveled to study and absorb the range of human music making and the diverse concepts of melody, harmony, and rhythmic cycles. A native of the Midwest (Cleveland and St. Louis), Gary now makes his home in Marin, California.
