This 1-hour per week 4-session program is all about creating a self-care practice, finding ways to rebalance, re-energize, and yes, even, relax during these unprecedented times. We’re all learning to adjust to this “new normal”, and everyone is impacted in one way or another. We provide you with simple tools and tips to help you move forward in healthy and positive ways.
