- Didn’t enjoy the activity? Mix it up, try something else tomorrow!
- Miss a day? Don’t beat yourself up, tomorrow is a new day. And, no, you don’t have to make-up a missed day, just pick-up where you left off, with compassion for yourself.
- Each day check into the JumpStart Self-care Facebook group (LINK) to add your comments and find out what others are doing. Our FB self-care group gives you the opportunity to share your experience, build a sense of community, and provides insights, ideas and support. Use the hashtag #jumpstartselfcare when posting.
