As you learned yesterday, most people have a low percentage of play, which is why it’s vital to focus on activating it.
Name 3 or more activities that make you calm, smile, laugh, or simply feel better. If you can only think of 2 or 3, that’s okay, jot them down. You can add to the list as you go. Everything counts! Napping is just as important as taking a walk, if you feel depleted. Biking, gardening, painting, writing, talking to friends, reading, sitting in the sunshine, looking at the stars, or giving back.
