  • Making yourself a priority is essential to developing a self-care practice
  • Aim for 15 minutes a day, to start. After all, there are 1,440 minutes in a day and 15 minutes is just a little over 10%.
  • At the same time, consistency is more important than duration. Five minutes is better than nothing.
  • Make a date with yourself and put it in your calendar, so time doesn’t get away from you.
  • Give yourself the gift of time – you need and DESERVE it!
